Sorry but I don't know anything about Seredyn and Kava Kava is banned in the UK.

Hi Joojo

I tried Seredyn and it didn't really work for me. I have ordered some kava online as i have heard good reports about it, and yes I know the risks but I'm trying to avoid meds at all costs.
