I've nad a slight tremor in my hand since july and been to neuro and dr and they said it's not parkinson's and gave me meds. I thought it was going away but it's bad again i also have little shakes in my lips when i smile and tongue does it when i stick it out, i'm really worried is this parkinson's? I also have really bad magical thinking ocd i worry that wearing colors and listening to songs means something, anxiety is driving me insane and i'm on a waiting list for cbt but the wait is annoying and i'm more anxious than ever.
