New Member - Looking for advice!

Hey everyone,

I am new here (Joined 2 days ago). I'm here because I've been experiencing symptoms of panic/anxiety and would really love to get some advice/consultation from members here who have a lot more experience in this than I do. I've only been experiencing these symptoms since May of this year.
