The person I love most in the world just told me...I'm disgusting, an embarrassment a bad person, that I'm broken and ****ed up.
How did I get here. The worse part is I think I am broken. I swing from extreme highs and lows. My anxiety and depression have ruined my life. There is nothing left of me except a list of symptoms. I'm so broken that I can't even cry anymore.

You are not alone, i dont know if i have anxiety or some disorder but i feel like you. Im not sure if i should continue my relationship becoz for sure im not normal and i dont want to ruin his life. I wasnt like this an year ago, its nit fair but its a fact, u cant control the stupid brain.
