Anyone ever had these issues? I'm having some good days some not great. Today I just have felt "off" and shaky. I've made sure to eat and drink. I got I think 6-7 hours of sleep last night so not hugely deprived. I went to one of my college classes today, choir, and had to stand and sing for a couple of hours. Normally this is a little tiring but today it was exhausting. I felt like I couldn't stand still without feeling like I was going to fall down. After class I was just tired all day. Now its only 5PM and I'm feeling like I could totally use a nap. I can't nap though because I have little kids and have to make them dinner soon. I don't know if I've just been too anxious or what and its exhausting me.
