Potassium!!

I went to the doctors last week because i wasn't feeling well and i have to get my potassium levels re-done tomorrow because they weren't normal. Stupidly googled all week and convinced myself i have a kidney disease because of the back ache etc.

Easier said than done sarah , its like an obsession. You look for reassurance and then focus on all the worst case scenarios.

The thing is reassurance seeking will just feed the HA and make you worse.
If you must Google try looking at it like this.... although some of the symptoms relate to you, how many symptoms DONT match yours? Then look at the symptoms of anxiety and see how many match yours! Flip it around in your head.
