Hi,
I've tried Bach, just by dropping it on my tongue. I find the effects better than putting it in water, to be honest. I find it too dilute that way. It seems to help me when I am anxious, but I don't know how much of that is just psychological....but I've used it for many years now to fairly good effect anyway.
I've also used the Bach's pastilles which I find quite good as well. They are especially useful if you get socially anxious or nervous before an appointment or something, as sucking on them, and the effects of the pastilles themselves keep you calm and your brain occupied!
I would definitely recommend Bach products as being worth a go.x
I use the rescue remedy when I remember. My doc told me ambulance drivers and paramedics use it to calm down after a horrid shift.
