Getting worried from digestive issues

Hi, I've been getting really weird digestive symptoms lately and just want to know if someone else been through this with anxiety. I've noticed a pain on my stomach right below the sternum, and I also get a lot of acid and gas. I've also been having paler stools than normal, but liver tests came back fine. I just really want to believe this is anxiety and avoid having to go to the doctor yet again.

I am going through the same thing (except the pale poo). I have the same pain, acid reflux and gas. I have had all the tests and the doctors tell me it is anxiety. I constantly feel like I have a lump in my throat or have constant reflux burps. I am struggling to believe that anxiety is causing me all this pain (I also have IBS) though but others do get it
