    chesty cough

    Hey
    Just a quick question.

Is a chesty cough with phlegm normal having not had a cold?
Had caused me slight chest pain nothing major

My grandad died of pneumonia and that's what I'm worried, at least this time I have a genuine reason to be concerned.

    Thanks guys

can be a simple chest infection. if you are at all concerned go to your GP and you can take some antibiotics. doesnt have to be caused by a cold, can be change in humidity, dust, pollen...many things that dont really amount to much.

personally-and it'll make you incredibly unpopular-eat a raw clove of garlic. works for me, stops me getting colds and keeps my chest clear and i smoke. also puts the mosquitos and vampires off in the summer : )
