Fresh blood in my mouth every morning

Really anxious as every morning I have blood in my mouth. After spitting it out I am left with the taste if blood. I also have issues with my digestion, my stomach seems to be always rumbling and gurgling. I am worried it may be an ulcer or worse. I also feel very tired. I do suffer with anxiety. Can my tummy problems just be anxiety related?

Yes any physical symptom can be anxiety but you are worried its not so now's the time to go Docs and then once he has told you yea or nay then you can move on.
Is the blood from your gums? do you smoke and do you have regular visits to the dentist.
He would be my first port of call.

Yes ofcourse, anxiety affects digestive system the most but if there's blood you should see your GP. Yes it can bee your gums, are they swollen or sore? Is your toothbrush soft enough? Be very gentle next time you brush your teeth and see if there's still blood after repeating this for couple of days. Brushing teeth very hard cause bleeding.
