Sleep apnea

Hi
Anyone have sleep apnea, I have had tests few weeks ago for this
now waiting for results, feeling anxious and worried that I have this
My sister was diagnosed with this and she as to sleep with a mask
on, I feel quite scared that I would not be able to tolerate having
to sleep with a mask on

I get it from time to time, i have just been woken by it four times in an hour it happens when i am really tired or stressed .

There is an exercise on youtube to cure it as its all to do with the muscles in our tongue and throat and the exercises strengthen the muscles and stop apnea. I have not done the exercises for months so i need to start them again .
