    Hi peeps

    Just thought I'd let you know of this free meditation as it worked for me

    Thank you for this , it worked for me too. Gave me a nice afternoon break & felt really relaxed afterwards. 20 minutes is just about the right amount of time for me . If a meditation is too long I tend to lose concentration or fall asleep [Oops!] Great stuff
