Limb seizure

Does anyone experience there leg, arm, foot or hand seizing?
Sometimes I go to walk and my leg cramps. The other night I was frying chips and my wrist hurt and wouldn't move when I went to turn the chips over. And, this effects my knees and fingers as well.
I feel like I need a good oiling. I must be very rusty.

Could be a bit of rheumatics or arthritis, all depends on age etc.

Thanks for replying Alexandria. I don't think it is Arthritis, I never had this before I got Anxiety. It's not every day, it comes and goes and moves about the body.
