I've tried taking in the information people have passed on and their advice but there isn't any beating this for me. I've pretty much given up as regardless of what I try I don't make progress.

I'd give anything for another type of anxiety. I'd even take my old health anxiety over this.
Ok Andy so what do these 3 therapists say all the same things too you or are all the answers different? Do these therapists all try and treat your condition the same way? I can imagine what all these thoughts are doing to you Keep going Andy and good luck

    Thanks.

They all treat me for OCD and anxiety. I have a history of anxiety so using logic and an unbiased view would always come to that summation.

Unfortunately I am some one who struggles with anxiety so always look for the worst in things.

I've tried citalopram before but it did nothing for me. I know I need to handle the thoughts and these can't be deal with using meds. They need to be deal with as the intrusions they are.

I know all of the theory and would be able to apply it to any one else who had these issues. I just struggle to apply it to myself.

    Thanks for replying guys.
