Glad I did it

With Christmas and New Year there's been a break between me seeing my therapist at the clinic. Also in this time I've been struggling with one of my fears and started to find it hard going out again. I still kept going for a walk on my street.

Today though, I had to go to an appointment at the clinc, I wasn't going alone, but it is a couple of miles car drive away, I had to go by taxi and I was scared what I've been fearing would happen. I woke up in the early hours of this morning worried and really considering not going. I was really anxious.

Then when I got up I thought, I don't want to be like this for the rest of my life, and i'll regret it if I don't try. So I went. I was anxious but I did it and I'm really glad I did.
