Scared of going blind :(

I have a pain in the inner part of my left eyeball the best way to describe it would be similar to a lumpy spot you get on your face. My eye doesn't look red but when I roll my eyes around it hurts and I'm so worried it's infected and I'm going blind. I'm worried to the point of being sick because the thought terrifies me. I was wondering if anyone has experienced this pain or knows what it might be. I have been watching a lot of tv lately and on my phone a lot, that's the only reason I can come up with. Either that or I have an infection :(

you might have a harmless cyst there if you can actually find a physical lump that feels a bit scratchy. nothing to worry about, treated with antibiotic cream or pills.
