Ugh! Just when I thought I was ok, BAM! Health anxiety has come back for Round 5! It's mainly because of my calf muscles, my right calf seems to feel less 'muscly' than my left one. My right leg also looks a little swollen underneath the muscle but I know it's definitely not a blood clot because I witnessed my mum deal with one last summer though don't worry she's doing fine now!

Thing is my calf muscles have been like this for years, I think I mentioned this before but when I was younger I injured my knee and whilst it was still recovering I used to take a lot of weight off it. I also tried to avoid any situations that could make it worse since I never went to the doctors to get it checked out. I also sprained my right ankle a year after my knee injury, so I have no idea whether these injuries have something to do with my calf muscles feeling so different. I just don't know why I'm making such a big fuss of it all now!

Sorry for my rambling, I just need some reassurance!
