    back to work tomorrow!!!!!!

    Hi Folks
Just to say I am starting back at work tomorrow for the frst time since September. I feel a bit anxious and my stress headache has returned. I am going back for a few hours in the afternnon then doing the same again on Friday.
My Doctor said to take baby steps and listen to my body when I go back.
I go back to my Doctor on Monday just to talk about how I got on.
Fingers crossed it all goes OK and be sure I will be taking it really slowly.

Don't give up everyone out there. The last few months have been awful and I never thought I would get this far but with stress I have come to realise that this has been buliding up inside me for a long period of time.
I haven't had a panic attack for 2 months but I still get little anxious flutters but I have faith that these will diminish as time goes on.
Talking to people has really helped me and this site. I am genuinely surprised to learn that people I have known for a long time have suffered from stress and all the symptoms it brings and it is good to see that they have come through it and are usually stronger for it.
I'll let you know how I get on

Well done you on going back tomorrow.

It will return some reality to your life and structure.

I wish you all the best of luck and sending you positive vibes.

Take it slow and like you are just do a few days a week and see how it goes.

You will be just fine and keep telling yourself that ok?

Let us know how it goes and we will be thinking of you.
