I feel so proud of myself!

Hi there all, Im new to this forum but I just wanted to share my achievement today with you all, I havent been diagnosed with anything but I have been suffering from panic attacks for 4 years.

Just recently it has got much worse and ive started avoiding certain situations for fear of another attack! Well today I managed a 20 minute walk into the centre of town!!!! I havent been out of the house since New Years Day so this was a big step for me, I did feel a little bit panicky at times, im not going to lie, but I did it!! Yay me!!

Tomorrow Im going to go down again and try taking the bus somewhere and see how I get on....I hope I can do it!! I feel inspired by today that im going to give it a go
