scared to go to doctors but scared about brain bleed

it started with my ear feeling like it was bleeding then pain ,
the feeling soon moved to top of my head which feels like when you hit the top of your head on a cupboard or something hard and you get that pain tight cool water feeling i dont know whats causing it but i also feel pressure in my ears ,
im too scared to go to doctors for them to laugh or roll there eyes back its been 3 days now i keep having to yawn and my breathing feels weird like i may aswell be yawning to breathe my legs are tense up too before this weird feeling started i woke up with heavy neck and shoulder pain im so scared im just going to drop dead im scared i have not got long left and been ignored by a doctor or getting told that im fine then dieing or getting told they is something

i have had maany headaches/migrains before its not that painful it the warm/cool running feeling thats scary and the feeling of swelling/after you bang your head

It sounds like tension. Like a band around your head and remember you have nerves in your head so that can cause the cold feelin i get it in my left harm x
