Slight Testicle pain when pooping

Im back again, just done a poop and it feel like a slight pain or pulling in the left testicle when straining, maybe in the groin but worried it was the testi. Only happened the once, but its got my anxiety going! I've been running alot this week maybe a muscle? Anyone other males suffered from this? :( So scare it is testicular cancer.

All the muscles are connected down there. You just felt a strain is all.

Is this not a symptom of testicular cancer or colon? or any other type for that matter? Just so worried right now.

Although its probably like fmp says.. any one on here with pain down there should ask their doctor when they visit about it..put it on a list..also any guys with worries of testicle cancer should consult their doctors to stop their worries not doctor google .

Just so you know, the nerves that control function and feeling are in your crotch. Constipation and bicycles can cause this pain, probably running too. PSA is a test for prostate and there are simple blood tests for cancer, well worth doing them.
