    a mini success

    Today after my 3rd cbt session, i managed to drive down a road i avoid(first time nearly bottled it but with the aid of bluetooth and a mate carried on). also went in to the hospital and walked to the lift and back and managed to take the dog about 20 yards and back. Tommorrow i have to do it all again.
    Oh yeah and forgot to mention going back to work on monday - just community for now though.

    11/01/07 so much for yesterday. Tried it all again today and proceeded to have a panic attack. oh well theres always tomorrow

    Well done you, its soooo nice to hear of people's successes, it gives us all hope!!!!

    You may have to do it again tomorrow, but now you know you CAN do it, it should be a bit easier hun x

    Well done! Taking lots of small steps is a good way to approach this.
