I posted a few days ago about ibs symptoms and period like pains. The period type pains have gone but I'm now slightly constipated and have been for a few days also lots of trapped wind.
What I'm worried about is I seem more bloated low down on the left I know this is where your bowel is just wondering if anyone else has had this and is it normal? I don't want to end up googling because we all know that's a bad idea im trying my hardest to stay off google!

To put your mind at rest try NHS helpline or go to your GP. It may just be trapped wind.

I was told and shown by an aromotherapist to massage my bowel by gently placing my hands on my right side gently coming across above the tummy button and down into the left groin,take your hand off and repeat the process,yes it does get things moving,just wanted to pass on an idea that was given to me.
