A very helpful book so far

I asked my therapist for a book about anxiety, something with worksheets and exercises. She recommended When Panic Attacks by David Burns M.D. It's really great so far! It's enjoyable and easy to read and the exercises are great. I have a lot of hope for it!

When I feel the need to check google, I pick up the book instead and work on the one thing I actually DO have: Health Anxiety
