    I went swimming and to aerobics !!!

    Right - after patting my tummy and it still wobbling 1 minute later I decided it needs exercise.

    Although I like exercise I feel awful and out of place at a gym. And I only like going to my safety zone

    But on Monday I went to a keep fit class at a local church hall and I am , the instructor is not scary and I did an entire hour without freaking cos' I wasn't in my safety zone.

    And last night I went to swimming classes. I can swim but want to improve my technique and it was brilliant. The instructor was really funny and everyone was really friendly. I can't wait for next week.

    I know I blowing my own trumpet but it was so wonderful to do something new and not be freaking at the very thought of it and disappointing myself.

    Well done, that's a real breakthrough. I look forward to the day I can get back to the gym. Haven't the energy and the inclination yet.

    Ummm - had a little wobble today. The tingles made themselves known. The buggers.

    Can't decide if I caught a bug or been over-doing it and got cocky! Arghhhhh.

    You have been doing really well. Today was just a blip and you can get past it.

    Remember how good you felt yesterday. Keep it going. There will be good and bad days but the good will begin to outnumber the bad.

    Oh thank you. I am hoping the exercise will help me cos' all medical peeps seem to consider it vital. It was just hard getting myself to the venues.

    And it wasn't a blip - I have a tummy bug. I am so pleased!!!

    Hi Sam,

    So pleased for you with the exercise and getting out to it, something I have needed to do for quite awhile. I hope you feel better soon with the tummy bug tho.
