I have suffered with Rocd for a few years and GAD and health anxiety before that. I finally got help and went on Sertraline. This helped massively at first but after being on it a few years, I felt pretty emotionless. I ran out of tablets and couldn't see doc for about a week. During that week I felt my emotions returning, I belly laughed for the first time in ages and cried a lot too. I decided to stay off then but it's now been 7 weeks and I am agitated, no patience with husband or kids but worse still my Rocd has returned - any advice?
