The clicking you hear is your bones and joints. It's nothing to be worried about.
thank you dan I did think that but yinno how anxiety works lol iv had a lot of tension in my head neck and shoulders recently xx
My neck creaks and cracks all the time and has done for years. Doesn't cause me any bother.

Anxiety is a terrible thing. I hope the tension eases up for you.
Thank you pip xx
And thank you Dan it is indeed xx
TMJ (an anxiety thing) causes the jaw to click, neck or shoulder tension (often an anxiety thing) causes the neck to click, all sorts of boring minor structural complaints will cause this also. Chill, you're fine.
I get this. Used to think I was a robot when I was a kid. Was the only explanation I could come up with! Obviously realised it's just joints clicking since...
thank you so much serenity and yogi I really appreciate it xx
About a year ago, I was walking and suddenly Everytime my right foot touched the floor the base of my skull/top of my neck cracked, it freaked me out.. ZZ it happened for a few moths then stopped. It comes back every now and then, it wasn't pleasent and made my anxiety really high, I just get used to it when it happens now cause it always goes away
Me: what could possibly go wrong????
Anxiety: well, I'm glad you asked....
