Really cold fingers anxiety?

Hi everyone.
Just wondering if anyone suffering from anxiety has this as a symptom?
My doctor seems very quick sometimes to put things down to anxiety...
I battle with health anxiety and so I don't know if I am working myself up and watching my hands for signs of raynaud's so I can prove to myself I have a symptom of my researched ilness? Silly I know? How many times do I look at my hands all day? Don't ask.

I have them without anxiety, but I just have permanently cold hands. Just a thing.
