Anxiety and Clonazepam

Hey everyone,

I know there is a separate section for medication, but it seems there is no chatter there as of now.

I have been on .25mg clonazepam for a few years now for anxiety and panic attacks. It does help, but I have been going through some stressful times as of now. My doctor said I can take .5 mg if I want, but Im just worried about any side effects or if it is going to make me loopy (I guess I have control issues).

Side note, I am 6'4'' and 215 lbs, and some people that I have talked to have said to just take the larger dose because I am a larger guy. Any advice?

Hi evanruden. If the doctor has said you can take the higher dose and taking your size into account then I would say It's worth trying, and see how get on.
