I did it!!!!!!!!

Hey all................

I can't believe it, some of you may know and some of you wont, I had a major fear of getting on a bus, I panicked soooo much that I had panic attacks just thinking about getting on one. And the other day I had a job interview, and not only did i have to get the bus but also had to face an old demon in the city that caused my first bad attack.

Well..........I did it!!! AND I got the job!!

Im so proud of myself for doing it, I was abit shaky when I first got on but kept sipping my water, and taking deep breaths, i honestly thought i wouldnt do it...but I did!!!! And ive been back since, shopping, going out, loads of places!! Im still not out of the woods yet but what an achievement!!

So dont give up people, If I can do it, so can you!!!!!!
