Unhappy I need help with rabbit droppings!!!!

Ok so I figured go straight for the jugular here... I am freaking out that I have got colon or bowel cancer. Reason being that my poop has been going from diarrhoea to constipation, but now I'm going everyday but it is all broken up. I'm not straining to pass it, but it is coming out in little pellets! Been like this for nearly a fortnight.

I'm drinking so much water and eating normally. I had a colonoscopy about 4 years ago and it was all clear, but I'm terrified.

I'm worried that there is something seriously wrong as I have also lost weight without trying and (tmi) have been really windy. Sometimes its really unpleasant smelling. The doctor is doing an abdominal scan this week but I'm scared :(

I am urinating more frequently so the doctor thinks there is a problem with me absorbing water in the gut- so now I'm scared its spread all over my abdomen and I'm dying.

How do I deal with it if they do find something on Friday? Should I ask for a colonoscopy as well?
