help !!!!! feeling like im in a bubble

iv had this before but not that often but its just hit me tonight before i had my cup of tea...i feel like im in a bubble with this kind of tingle feeling around me its hard to explain really but it feels like a round bubble around me and its pressing in on me .i can actualy feel the outer shape of it around me and its preasure kind of tingle feeling squeezing in on me.anyone had this and how do i get rid of it

iv actually had this hapen to me when i was a kid several times when i was laying in bed just out of the blue i remember it well it used to really scare me as a kid not knowing what it was and why i was gettingbit.if this is conected to anxiety that meens i must have had anxiety as a kid and never knew it.even if i shut my eyes i can still feel this round outer bubble and my thoughts images seem like there realy close to my eyes.almost massive in my face...what is it

it sounds like DP/DR to me ,I am sure as soon as spring arrives and you can get out more it will help with your anxiety.Winter is a hard time for us all on here,i struggle with the morning routine during winter

thanks andy.your right about this cold weather pulling me down.looking out at the world seeing it cold cloudy and wet or snow.my home is cold and dont want to go out because the weather is crap.at least in the summer i can go for nice walks in the sun in my T shirt and feel that warm sun on my skin instead of sitting in doors most of my day in front of the boring tv
