Hi everyone, thanks for all your kind words and encouragement.

Was just wondering Andrea what is bus therapy?

The scary thing about this "journey" back to freedom is I don't know which way to go now. I feel I did well getting on the bus - however, my mum was with me and I can't imagine getting on a bus myself. Also I felt much better on the bus back home but that was because I was on my way home back to safety.

Another scary thing is the fear of the bus is tiny compared to other fears I have so just feel like everything is still so far away. I really thought I would be over the moon about getting on the bus, but instead I feel really down (my depression is really severe at the moment). Instead of thinking of the positives I'm thinking that it's too far away and unreachable.

Sorry for rambling on - this post was in success stories and look how I'm talking. Just ignore this every1.
