:(Well, I really thought Id got it beat - the Pa's were a distant memory and I love my new job but I seem to get so breathless and start surging with adrenaline and get hot and panicky and faint - its all coming back again - but I refuse to let it beat me - I will just let it ride over me as best I can and come throught it - this site has really helped me understand panic - as Im sure it helps millions of others - so thankyou for giving me courage and faith. Love wenjoy x

Sorry to hear that you are having a 'blip', just think of it as your anxiety coming back to test you, and once it realises that it cannot get a hold of you again, then it will soon give up and go away.
