Upper stomach pain

Hi, I am a long time sufferer of HA. I am 43 and use snuff. I am relatively fit by running a few times a week. I have GERD and IBS. For the last couple of weeks I have been having this feeling up fullness and an ache in my upper stomach. Preceding this I was having lots of stomach gurgling, some nausea and a little diarrhea. I am still eating normally but I feel worse after I eat. I don't think I am losing weight but I am afraid to step on the scale. I am completely freaking out that this is a tumor and I am not thinking straight. I know you guys are not doctors but anything to help would be great.

Had something similar, and since you mention IBS I would try to see in particular foods are causing your issues. Especially since you feel worse after meals. I went from 160lb to ~130 in a few months because of this myself.

In my case it's starches, they make me bloat like crazy and make me extremely nauseous. How long as it been going? Is it getting better? Getting worse?
