    mental health research

Hello everybody. I'm a student and sufferer of depression & anxiety who is gathering non-commercial anonymous research about mental health and well-being for an assignment. I would really appreciate a few moments of your time to contribute.

Picture a place you feel safe, and write down any five things that come to your mind as you do so. This place can be real or imaginary, and the answers can be as random as they arrive in your mind. These could be sounds, colours, scents, objects, temperature, buildings, trees, anything at all that you experience as you think of this place.

Post your responses here or private message me, and please rest assured your information will remain anonymous.

best wishes to all, and thank you for your time

Hmm... this is really quite a good idea.

Sunlight, warmth, fresh air, meadows, trees.

EDIT: How ironic, I don't venture out anywhere near as much as I could due to anxiety.
