Question Sertraline 50mg to 62.5mg Side Effects

    Hi
Can anyone help please? I've been on sertraline for about 5 months and after some awful side effects I have felt better, though lately not quite so much. At my review last week we discussed upping the dose to 100mg and my doctor said she was fine with that.
She Has left me with a 50mg prescription as I was apprehensive about going through side effects when I'm so busy with work, basically giving me control over when I up the dose with 2 tabs. My question is - can I increase by 12.5gms or should I do 25mg or will 50mg put me through the 3 weeks of terror I expirienced when starting this medication. Don't get me wrong, it was a price worth paying, I could not have carried on without it. I just need some help with this one.

Re: Sertraline 50mg to 62.5mg Side Effects

My doctor told me to increase by 25mg at a time, which I did.

After the 50mg stage, when I increaded to 75mg then 100mg, I never realy had any new side effects to cope with.
