stopped it cold turkey

I have just decided for a few reasons to stop after taking for over 2 years. I can handle withdrawals but Is it likely my symptoms eg serious anxiety will return?

When I stopped olanzapine it gave me bad insomnia and my anxiety returned with a vengeance but every individual is different and it effects us in different ways

i would come off it slowly.

Yes you were all right. I lasted 2 days and anxiety was terrible. I had racing pulse and felt dreadful so back on them it seems. Its just I have been on them for 2 years and am scared of the movement disorder side effect.

That side effect is more likely on much larger doses and in any case extremley rare
Don't worry about it and get back on the med safely
