    breast cancer worry - please help

    Hi there, lately i have been getting very occassional breast pain but i just put it down to my bra being to tight as i get it in both breasts and its only occassional. i have a cold like virus and today i have had two really hot baths and on my bath tonight i noticed a red mark on one of boobs which is slightly risen could it be the hot water? Or could it be breast cancer? I have attached a pic, let me know ur thoughts? Im really scared right now.
