    Help advice needed please =)

    hey everyone i been om mirtazapine 2 months it slowly been working but still had odd bit anxiety or phyiscal symptoms, in last few weeks ive been reaaly fatigued even in the days! so thought last night ill skip a dose ..... not been as fatigued today, but i have been shakey and odd brain zap?! anyone can help ?! also one pupil was slighly more dilated then the other and that only happened when i came off sertraline ! any help would be appercited cheers

    Skipping a dose of any medication is not recommended. Brain zaps are well-known withdrawal/discontinuation symptoms of many ADs. You could try slightly varying your dose over a couple of days to see how it affects you, but as always, it's best to discuss it with your doctor first, particularly as you are still in the start-up period. Remember that blips do occur for everyone, and your fatigue may clear up of itself with no change in dose.
