blue balls or start of testicular cancer?

I have had this pain come on in my testicle on two different occasions, it only lasts a few minutes then it goes, it has come on after sexual intercourse and arrousal when I haven't ejaculated but I am worried it is a pain cause of cancer but I can't find a lump down there
