Nytol and Sertraline

Just a quick simple post I'm struggling to sleep on 100 mg of sertraline and I'm wanting to take a nytol tonight. Can you take nytol with sertraline

I was told by my psychiatrist today to take sleepease which is the same as nytol. He told me to do this instead of taking prescription sleeping tablets. Not the herbal ones but the anti histamine ones.

I am on sertraline too and have no trouble falling asleep but wake up after 2hrs usually so will try nytol tonight!
