Is this chronic IBS? Please help IBS peeps!

So I've had all tests done outside of a colonoscopy.
Because everything came back clear I can't get one.

I did fecal test, blood tests, crp test and cal proctactin test (spelling)
All clear.

My Dr says it's just IBS but I'm not so sure.
I have had loose stools now for about 2 week, non stop, they are like soft serve or even worse explosive soft serve, I get cramps and a sense of real urgency that if I don't go now it will go for me.
The cramps are not bad - and this is always in the morning at around the same time.

Before that I had constipation - which I preferred to this.
Before that it was both sometimes together.
I"m over it, I just want a normal poop.
Nothing seems to be working at all, i've eliminated coffee, I ate Paleo for a while and that seemed to help but now soft serve comes regardless of whether I eat only salads or burgers!

Anyone think I should go back and demand a colonoscopy - anything work for you?

I'm not sure if it is available for you over in America but here in the UK is a product called fybogel. The active ingredient in it is called Ispaghula husk which can usually be found in health stores if you can't find fybogel itself. A lot of people swear by it for IBS. When in the form of fybogel it is basically a sachet of powder that you mix with water and it creates an orange flavoured drink. It swells in the gut which can increase volume of faeces but also can help with constipation due to the fibre. Additionally it can also help with pain and muscle spamming. It might be worth looking into ��
