Can't stop crying about cancer 😢😢

I've spoken about this issue before, but in light of the fact that it is still happening, I am really scaring myself and wanted to know if anyone else has similar issues. For about 3 months now, no matter what I do, I am constipated!! I know this is TMI but I am just passing next to nothing or little pellets!! I'm terrified I've got bowel or colon cancer as it's just getting worse. Does anyone else have any advice or is it just go to the doctors and deal with whatever they find? Thanks guys!

Is it medication causing the problem? Or lack of fibre?

A doctor will probably give you some fruit sugar syrup, I cant remember what its called, but it will help you. You have no need to be sat at home worrying for 3 months have you when you could have gone to the doctor and saved all this worry. SO get down to the docs, get it sorted and Im sure everything will be fine

I think the syrupy stuff is called lactulose, it really helps. I got it prescribed from the GP and it got me back to normal within a few days

Ps, like you I spent ages worrying and googling and examining. It all came to a head when I asked to see my hubby's poo to see what his looked like

PRUNE JUICE and a stool softner.. you won't have any issues what so ever. Be careful with the prune juice as it goes a long way.. Drink about 8oz and then wait.. stool softners can be bought over the counter..
