God I am too scared to even try to sleep I have two diazepam to take but am scared to because if they don't work it will only confirm my fear of fatal insomnia. Zopiclone didn't work last night nor 15 mg night before 😢

I would say try to not even worry about sleep ... in fact, plan on NOT sleeping tonight. Make it a point to not sleep at all. Instead turn on a movie, watch TV, read a book. Do anything to keep your mind off of sleeping. I find if I plan to not sleep, I end up asleep anyway.
