Ejaculation problem

I was 24 when the first real strong anxiety attack hit me. It was after splitting up with my GF.
Since then , I developed all the symptoms of Anxiety in social events and other situations.
My sex life changed and I developed a premature ejaculation since.

Without the drug, I wouldnt last a second before ejaculation.

I tried several methods to prolong it but to no avail

Any similar issues with you guyes and are there any remedy for it other than drugs.

Like all anxiety it gets worse because your fear fuels it and the cycle spirals downward.
You display a symptom from anxiety, next time you're in that situation you get anxious and it proves itself and so it gets worse.

Not sure if you do alcohol due to your login name but if you do give it a go and then slowly try less and less each time to build your own confidence and rid the anxiety.

I had the same thing for a few months, similarly I also got nervous and couldnt get erect one time, despite never having had a problem and always getting morning wood.
For months after I was sure that the old boy didn't work and even stopped getting the morning erections...the mind is a great enemy sometimes.
