    First CBT session

I had my first CBT session today, I'm feeling more positive than I was before. I want to stop feeling anxious 24/7 and I want to be the person that I was before.

I know it's easy to feel positive when I'm not feeling anxious (I've got a stressful situation tonight so will be able to start testing it) but I'm hopeful!

That's great! So good to hear you're starting to put what you learnt into practice immediately. How did it go?

Thank you both of you. So far this evening so good. I get very anxious over my boyfriend when he's out drinking (not that he's going to cheat but something will happen to him) due to things when I was a kid.

Anyway, it's 23:38 and I'm still calm. Not expecting him back for a few hours yet but normally I'd be crying and shaking by now!
