Anyone else woth parkinson fear ect

I just watched a video on YouTube I have been doing so well but today I have noticed it more than ever and even got some pain in my finger they shake and move on there own of I open them out I get a fluttery feeling and my fingers on one like moving violently they all shake a little but the one next to my thumb is going crazy I get this flutter everywhere I can even see it I'm so stressed out because this has been like 4 months or so and when I lift my legs up they shake and my foot does too the flutters everywhere calmed down but the hands and feet have stayed I get them everywhere when I think of it so I know that's anxoety but I'm so worried can you get parkinsons at age 22 ?

I think it's highly highly unlikely you have Parkinson's. Anxiety messes with our nerves and gives us the shakes. It's surprising how violently it can affect our body.

my dad has parkinson's he doesn't shake at all , i have been told it isn't hereditary it does concern me though because it can be brought on by anxiety , i really want to get better from anxiety but what hope do i have since having anxiety since being five . Im 51 this year .

I am waiting to see a neurologist at the moment
