I just wanted to take a minute to thank you for being on here. I know you've survived two heart attacks and cancer, and that in itself is the definition of a hero. I've been battling ocd and hypochondria since I was 7, and your reassurance is a comfort to me. Thanks again.

It is. But mainly, it is inspiring. I am inspired by him and others on here, that have been through health problems, beat them and come on here to talk us down off of the ledge. I appreciate it.

I agree with the OP. I have spoken to Fishmanpa briefly before and his wise words have always been a help to me.

Lovely words for a lovely guy Hun xx when I was at my worst and I mean more scared than I had ever been Fishmanpa did I what I needed doing, he kicked my butt !! Now I am in therapy and hey it is a battle but it's better than the dark world I was living in . I owe that first step to Fishmanpa xx
