The past two months I have been trying to commit to doing yoga. I struggle with separating work from home, and leaving work at work. When I come home after work, I am always wound up and irritable. I have noticed if I do some yoga, even just 15 minutes, I feel a little better and have a better evening.

I am trying to do it consistently and do longer workouts on the weekend. I am mostly doing it at home, as I decided I didn't like going to the gym. I also wasn't enjoying it. But I am starting to actually enjoy the workouts and really incorporate the breathing and mindfulness into it. I think it has improved my anxiety as well.

Not a cure-all, but a good tool to have to take the edge off and feel good about yourself. I am just using free videos online, so no cost either.
